• Job Purpose Responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Mitsubishi Electric City Multi (VRF/VRV) air conditioning systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning Install indoor & outdoor VRF/VRV (City Multi) units according to design drawings. Connect refrigerant piping, ducting, drain systems, and electrical cabling. Configure central controllers and test system performance. Servicing & Maintenance Perform routine preventive maintenance (filter cleaning, coil washing, leak checks). Check refrigerant pressures, compressor health, and system balancing. Calibrate and test controllers, sensors, and networking. Troubleshooting Diagnose faults in compressor, PCB boards, sensors, and inverter systems. Identify refrigerant leaks and perform recovery/recharge. Resolve error codes and system alarms (via Mitsubishi service tools/software). Reporting & Documentation Submit service reports, checklists, and job completion forms. Record refrigerant/gas usage and parts replacement. Maintain accurate history of each site’s servicing and repairs. Customer Service Communicate clearly with clients/building managers. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Educate clients on proper usage and maintenance.
