Apple Device တွေနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး စိတ်ဝင်စားတယ်၊ နည်းပညာပိုင်းနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး လူတွေကို အကူအညီပေးရတာ ဝါသနာပါတယ် ဆိုရင်တော့ SureFix မှာ Service Advisor တစ်ယောက်အဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ဖို့ အခွင့်အရေးကြီး ရောက်ရှိလာပါပြီ။ဝါသနာပါရာ Apple Device တွေကို လေ့လာရင်း Customer တွေ ကြုံတွေ့ရတဲ့ Software & Hardware ပြဿနာများကို သိရှိနားလည်ပြီး ပြုပြင်သင့်သည်များကို အကြံပေးရင်း ကူညီပေးရင်း အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းနိုင်မယ့် အခွင့်အရေးတစ်ခုပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch များကို Model ခွဲတတ်ပြီး Device မှ Body Cosmetic & Functionများအားလုံးကို မြန်ဆန်သေချာစွာ စစ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Customer ဖြစ်နေသည့် Error, ပြုပြင်ချင်သည့် Error ကို သေချာစွာနားထောင်ပေးတတ်ပြီး ပြင်ရမည့်အပိုင်းကို Customer နားလည်အောင် ရှင်းပြပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Customer၏ Errorဖြစ်နေသည့်အပိုင်းကို Technicianကို ပြောပြပြီး စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Technician များပြန်ပြောသည့်စကားများကိုလည်း မှတ်သားပြီး Customer နားလည်အောင်ပြန်ရှင်းပြနိုင်ရမည်။
Technician စစ်ဆေးချက်တွင် Risk or Customer ပြင်ချင်သည့်အပိုင်းမဟုတ်ပဲ အခြားထပ်တိုး Error ရှိပါက Service Admin or BOM ကိုမေးပြီးမှ Customer ကို ပြန်ရှင်းပြပါရမည်။
RepairDesk (Ticket Create, Ticket Edit, Refund, Return, Discount, Invoice update) များကျွမ်းကျင်စွာလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Hardware Error Knowledge များကို သိရှိနေပြီး Customerကို ရှင်းပြနိုင်ရမည်။
Waiting Parts များကိုလည်း Parts Name, Model, Color, Qty, Year နှင့် Customer Name, Phone Number မှန်ကန်စွာဖြင့် Order Form ဖြည့်သွင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
Cin7 မှ Stock များကို မိမိ Branch/ အခြား Branch များတွင် ပစ္စည်းရှိမရှိ ကြည့်တတ်ရမည်။
Department Head မှ အခါအားလျှော်စွာ ချမှတ်လိုက်သော ထပ်တိုးတာဝန်များကိုလည်း ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

ဖုန်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်သော Customer Service ပိုင်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Apple Products/ Software / IT Products နှင့် ရင်းနှီးကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့မဟုတ်) ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
English အရေးအဖတ် အသင့်အတင့် ရှိရမည်။
စကားပြော လိမ္မာပါးနပ်၍ ရိုးသားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
ရုပ်ရည် ချောမော ပြေပြစ်ရမည်။
Computer Basic ရှိပြီး English/Myanmar လက်ကွက် မြန်ဆန်စွာ ရိုက်တတ်ရမည်။
Software Error Troubleshooting ကိုယ်တိုင်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး သင်ယူလိုစိတ်လည်း ရှိရမည်။
One Team One Direction သွားနိုင်ရမည်။
